Esperamos que tod@s os encontréis bien, dentro la situación que actualmente vivimos.
Estrenamos nueva sede ubicada en la Calle Río Bidasoa número 7, un nuevo espacio con 300 m2 que cede la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social a través de una cesión que se firmó en 2019.
El espacio consta de los siguientes:
- Rampa de acceso para discapacitados
- Hall de entrada
- Zona de Información
- Zona de espera
- Sala de rehabilitación
- Dos salas para terapias de Fisioterapia
- Gimnasio para actividades grupales
- Sala multiusos para talleres, charlas, etc.
- Despacho para Administración
- Despacho para Psicóloga
- Dos almacenes para guardar materiales
- Un Baño para discapacitados
- Un baño para uso femenino
- Un baño para uso masculino
Desde que se decretó el Estado de Alarma por el gobierno con motivo de la terrible pandemia mundial causada por el corona virus COVID-19, hemos tenido que dejar de acondicionar la sede hasta que pudimos volver a retomar los mismos y lograr concluir los trabajos para poder seguir con nuestras actividades, siempre que la situación actual nos lo permita.
Es por ello que, a partir de 14 de septiembre, las puertas estarán abiertas para que podáis visitar la nueva sede y valoréis el esfuerzo que se ha realizado para dar un mejor servicio a nuestros Soci@s.
De momento la sede estará abierta de lunes a jueves con el siguiente horario:
- Mañanas de 10:00 a 13:00
- Tardes de 18:00 a 20:00
La actividad de Pilates, y debido a la situación actual que solo permite un aforo del 40%, solo se podrán dar clases con un máximo de 10 personas, se abrirá lista para poderse apuntar a partir del lunes 14 y hasta el jueves 17 de septiembre y de momento para soci@s enfermos.
En cuanto a las sesiones de fisioterapia, darán comienzo en octubre.
Se comunica también que la Junta Ordinaria se celebrará el próximo sábado 26 de septiembre, y debido a que no se pueden hacer reuniones superiores a 10 personas, se realizará online. (Enviaremos comunicado para enlace y procedimientos). Recordar que, para poder tener voz y voto, hay que estar al corriente de pago.
Como este año toca renovación de junta, todo aquel que quiera presentar candidatura, tendrá que comunicarlo con antelación antes del día 26 de septiembre, en caso contrario se entenderá que no hay candidaturas.
Como todos conocéis la situación mejoró significativamente, pero en la actualidad hemos vuelto a tener serios problemas por el repunte de la misma. Recordar que la amenaza del virus sigue estando con nosotros, por lo que tenemos que vivir sin miedo, pero con todas las precauciones y medidas de seguridad posibles para evitar el contagio.
Por esta razón la Junta Directiva de AMDEA ha estudiado la implantación en nuestra nueva sede de todas las medidas posibles para garantizar la salud de todos los Soci@s.
Además, es necesario reorganizar los horarios de los servicios, adaptándolos a la nueva situación en cada momento.
Queremos que pronto podáis volver a vuestras actividades, pero con las máximas medidas de seguridad y prevención.
Espero que pronto podamos vernos y volver a la normalidad que nos permita la evolución de la situación actual.
